If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with an item you purchase or receive as a gift from Chez Shea Baby, LLC, you may return it at any time for a full refund (not including shipping charges). Your credit card will be credited in one to two billing cycles. If you don't receive a credit within two billing cycles, e-mail us at info@dabib.com.

Items that are unused and unwashed may be exchanged by sending the product back to us and completing the exchange form, indicating the product you would like in exchange. When we send the product you've requested in exchange, your credit card will be charged for shipping and handling. If the item is defective, we will refund your return shipping charges as well.
